THE RETAIL COACH

The City of Fredonia has contracted with The Retail Coach of Tupelo, Mississippi to analyze and form useful data reports that will be of interest in our city's retail recruitment efforts.

The Retail Coach utilizes comprehensive measures for data collection to provide detailed reports including gap analysis, demographics, psychographics, workforce population, and targeted recruitment packages. Information gathered by The Retail Coach can be used to help businesses and developers learn about the sales potential in our trade area.

An interactive map is also embedded on the Dashboard. This tool allows you, the viewer, to access geographical imagery and street maps as well as median household income, age, net worth, and population density. In the upper left corner of the map simply select "Layers" and this will provide a list to the right of the map. Search can be used to target a specific address or neighborhood.

The interactive map can additionally be used to measure the square footage of a specific site or building.
